Full native support in Dolphin's settings, though only for games that have official support for the Wii Balance Board.

Windows

Wii Balance Walker

Allows binding actions to directional leanings and to power squats (referred to as Jump). Directional leaning is treated as an axis, and can be used to assign gas/brake in games that support analog gas/brake.[1]
Unable to bind actions to more advanced movements known from Wii games, e.g. stepping in place.
