Regarding conflicting GitHub dates

Noting your recent edit to Jak Project, it occurred to me we are likely in two different time zones. If you hover over the release date as shown in the GitHub releases section, it shows the local time. Have you tried converting this shown date to UTC (Universal Coordinated Time), which is the global time standard? If I convert the earliest local time as shown by GitHub, which is April 3, 7:21 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), to UTC, I get April 3, 11:21 PM UTC.
