I personally don't think it's a good idea to add DXVK to the game's page. The performance improvements depend too much on the individual hardware (like, for example, i experienced WORSE performance in some games people suggested me to try DXVK with), it's not very reliable. DXVK should only be added when the benefits are recognized by a significant amount of users (like in the case of GTA IV). Additionally, NFSMW is a very old game and is also pretty well optimized already.
