Has anyone else noticed, that your camera moves differently depending on the framerate ? When I reach 30 FPS, I suddenly do 180s against my expectation, because the camera is more sensible.

Yes, mouse sensitivity being tied to framerate is a known issue since launch and there's been no fix from the devs. I believe disabling both mouse acceleration and mouse smoothing in KFInput.ini will fix it, or at least makes it less noticeable.
