SilentPatch, SkyGfx, ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix, etc. and MTA:SA/SAMP

I was wondering if the patches/mods listed in the subject along with the various other featured mods, scripts, utilities and patches listed on the main page affected the way MTA:SA or SAMP works in any way. Could it be that some servers have measures in place that would prohibit such changes as these patches and mods bring with them? I could have tested this on my own but am unable to do so currently due to a number of reasons. I would really appreciate it if someone tests it out so that we can confirm if MTA:SA and SAMP are compatible with such essential utilities.

MTA:SA doesn't allow .ASI mods to be loaded to prevent cheating, some of their features are already in, but most aren't.

SA:MP depends on the server and if the mod in question accounts for it ("SAMP Graphics Restore" for SkyGfx for example)
