Topic on PCGamingWiki talk:Editing guide/Game data

I noticed that some pages use Template:File (which redirects to Template:Code) when mentioning specific files in a path. For example, Graveyard Keeper uses this syntax for one of its entries:

$HOME/Library/Preferences/unity.Lazy Bear Games.Graveyard Keeper.plist

Is that standard/expected? I don't see anything about it documented on this page, and it seems a little strange to me that only part of the path would be stylized differently. Should Template:File (or Template:Code) really be used inside of Template:Game data?

I did see this documentation: PCGamingWiki:Editing_guide/Article_formatting#Files_and_file_paths. But since Template:Game data tables never seem to do that for the whole path, I'm assuming it only applies to inline text or prose, not to Template:Game data.
