Hey there. Mind explaining what happened with my edit? Did the tweak not fix most of the issues? Did you remember to set Frame Limiter to ON?

From my end it works absolutely fine at 60FPS: No cinematics bug, no car handling bugs, no ghost town bugs, maybe pedestrians may talk too fast but that might be due to my own mods.

Also, the limit adjuster links are still there and some leftovers too.
