Is HDR support a console exclusive? Can't seem to find it in this version on PC.

I haven't had the time to verify it using my HDR TV yet, but my initial assumption is that HDR is a console exclusive feature. The omission of PC in statements made by Gearbox about HDR support suggests as much anyway.
