That unrealtexture.com site doesn't seem to have the S3TC packs anymore (or it is so badly designed that I can't find anything). On the other hand, oldunreal.com does have the low-end and high-end packs, but not the extreme pack.

It does have the S3TC packs; it is just poorly designed. All the navigation is on the left sidebar, and the .utx files need to be downloaded individually.
Could someone mirror these packs just for convenience's sake?
I would if my internet was better; the files are huge. It seems like, from the linked page, you click S3TC Extreme End on the left sidebar, then you click Stock Unreal on the sidebar, and then you download each individually from one of the up-to-date servers. Putting this here in case someone with better internet is willing to mirror. I'm working on downloading them right now, but I don't expect to be able to upload them.

Status update: I was only able to get the Extreme End pack textures from that site. The low and high-end textures seemed to be missing on my end. Regardless, I'm including both the stock textures as well as the Extreme End textures in my upload.
I might also include the HD model pack just for convenience if that's alright with you folks.
Expect an upload within the next few days.
