In the future, please make separate changes as separate revisions. Since you combined multiple revisions, if I revoke one I must revoke them all.
The dsfix settings relating to vsync and fullscreen Hz are clearly marked "not yet ready for use". We knew they were there but chose not to document them, because, as far as we know, they do nothing. Please provide proof that these settings have any effect
