Super Monday Night Combat (Super MNC) is the sequel to Monday Night Combat (2011) by Uber Entertainment. It is currently in an open beta phase.

Availability

Super Monday Night Combat is free to play.
Super Monday Night Combat is currently only available for windows.

Steam version remembers your login credentials.
Weekly patches for the steam version are a 1.5GB download each.
The Uber Launcher is available through steam[1].
Weekly patches for the Uber Launcher are usually smaller than 50MB.
On first use, the Uber Launcher re-downloads the full game separately from the steam version.
Uber Launcher does not remember your login credentials.
Steam overlay and in-game VOIP are not available through the Uber Launcher.

Crash on load screen (Nvidia)

With the newest drivers, NVidia GeForce Beta drivers 295.51 with PhysX 9.12.0203, the game will fail to open on launch. There are two known solutions:

Controller

If your view rotates on its own (caused by a gamepad or joystick outputting data outside the 'deadzone'), your controller vibrates or other random actions, there's a good chance the game is accepting input from your gamepad or joystick.[2]

Steam Fails to Update

Occasionally, steam will not correctly update Super MNC after a patch is released. If this happens you will be able to launch the game, but you will not be able to enter a match with anyone who has updated successfully; furthermore the free pros available on the shop screen will not match the current rotation.
