How to Install
This game will install on new OS's. Here is how:
- Install game by exploring the CD, and clicking "Setup" in the "Install" folder
- Install game as normal. Install DirectX3 when it asks.
Slow Down the Game
After the game is installed on modern systems, It will run, but waaaay too fast. To fix this, do the following:
- Open Notepad, and type the following in it.

- Save this file in C:\Windows as "S3K.ini"[1] (Ensure "All Files" is selected for the file type)
- To slow the game down, make the 1st option (MukaiDropFrame) a 1.
- To remove the need for the game CD, make the 2nd option (CDCheckEnable) a 1.
