The game can be run without the disc present by copying files from the CD.

Copy files from CD^[1]

If the game has not been installed yet, copy the contents of the <disc-root-directory>\Jinx\ folder to a new folder (ex: C:\Games\Scooby-Doo! Jinx at the Sphinx). This will count as your installation directory (<path-to-game>).
Copy the following files from the root directory of the disc to <path-to-game>:
