3D Engine Error
If you get a 3D engine initialization failed error or a 3D accelerator not found error (commonly found in Windows 8 and later), you will need to use dgVoodoo2. Simply download dgVoodoo2, copy it to some place (e.g. C:\Apps\dgVoodoo2
) and copy the files from the MS
directory to the game's directory. Optionally you can use the dgVoodooSetup.exe
program to disable the dgVoodoo2 watermark and force higher antialiasing options instead of using the in-game option.
- If the game runs in a window at the top left area of the desktop after using dgVoodoo2, use alt+enter to toggle to fullscreen}}
