Version differences
Aleph One: Pathways Into Darkness
- Source port running on the Aleph One engine.
- Includes quality of life features not present in the original, such as the ability to change the difficulty, play in full screen, and more.
- A fairly accurate recreation, albeit with a few differences due to engine disparities (see the readme for a comprehensive list).
- Available on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
OS X Port
- Port developed by Man Up Time, LLC for OS X systems.
- Faithful recreation of the original.
Essential improvements
Pathways Save Inspector
A save game file reader, it can tell the user valuable information such current location, single-use triggers encountered, and various other interesting data. It can read save files from both the full game and its demos.
