Edit settings.cfg
  1. Go to <path-to-game>
  2. Open settings.cfg.
  3. Set width and height under [display] to the desired values.
Results in stretching.
If using DxWnd ensure to set the same resolution there.

Windowed

Use DxWnd
  1. Open DxWnd.
  2. Drag Kill.Switch.dxw from exports folder into DxWnd.
  3. Right click and select Modify.
  4. Under Path select KILLSWITCH.EXE from <path-to-game>.
  5. In Main tab check Run in Window and set position to Desktop center.
Setting "windowed" line to "1" in settings.cfg works but the mouse is not locked to the window.
