Go to My Documents\Deus Ex - Invisible War. Open user.ini and find this text
FullscreenViewportY=0000 FullscreenViewportX=0000
Replace the 0's with your custom resolution and save the file.
Fixing the HUD
To fix the screwed up Hud, go into \deus ex invisible war\System and open default.ini, then find the FOV__d=67 setting and replace 67 with 58 if you are using a 16:10 aspect ratio, or 53 if you are using a 16:9 aspect ratio.

If Google Chrome is running in the background, the game will not load and only show a black screen after loading a game. To fix it you need to manually kill chrome.exe from the process manager
