Patches
All of the following are located in the Downloads section of Terra Arcanum.
- Official Patch v1.0.7.4 - Download
- Not required for GOG.com release.
- Unofficial Patch v091225 by Drog Black Tooth - Download
- Bug-fixes, cut content.
- High Resolution Patch v1.1a by Drog Black Tooth - Download
- Allows any user-set resolution, UI tweaks, larger fonts.
Issues and Fixes
Installation
It's recommended you do not use the default installation directory, located in the \Program Files directory, as this can lead to issues where certain files are not properly installed. When running the installer, be sure to right-click on the .exe, and select "Run as Administrator".
Freezes on Loading Screen
Known to happen on systems with multi-core CPUs. Setting CPU affinity should solve this problem. Create a shortcut, and in the shortcut's "Target" field, insert the following:
