File names: SAVE0.ITD, SAVE1.ITD etc.

Smoother scaling

Smoother scaling can be achieved by changing the scaler. Use the GOG.com DOSBox Configurator to change the scaling to hq2x.

Error when starting the game

If an error doesn't let you into the game, just change the output/graphics mode to something else (usually in the settings folder in the DOSBox directory if you want to run the retail version through DOSBox).

Changing between fighting, pushing...

To do that, you need to press Enter, select item and choose the action you want to take

The game is too slow/fast

Just press CTRL+F11 to slow down or CTRL+F12 to speed up in DOSBox.
