Anti Aliasing
MLAA option found within "LostPlanetSystemSettings.ini" in my games/lostplanetgame/config , "bAllowPostprocessMLAA=True" by default at max settings. Changing this to False will cause the world detail setting within the in-game options to be changed to "Really low" but MLAA doesn't actually seem to do anything or be working either way on Nvidia cards.
Comparison - http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/38577 Changing the World Quality to "Really Low" and back to the highest was done in game to switch between the two.
Anti Aliasing options available to all GPUs
1. The in game default MLAA -whether it actually works or not that is.
2. Driver Downsampling (OGSSAA) or Driver Downsampling+FXAA/SMAA (This is not nearly as temporally stable as SGSSAA, but is a decent performing alternative to nothing at all.)

Anti Aliasing options available ONLY to Nvidia GPUs
3. SGSSAA (Sparse Grid Super Sampling Anti Aliasing) - The best option by far by itself and the most temporally stable. You need Nvidia Inspector and need to create an application profile for LP3 and add "LostPlanetGame.Exe" to the profile and use the DX9 AA flag "0x080010C1" in order to force it and any of the below methods.
Nvidia SGSSAA guide [3]
4.OGSSAA (Ordered Grid Super Sampling Anti Aliasing) ;note same SGSSAA guide and info above applies for OGSSAA and HSSAA; - This doesn't AA everything as well in this specific game as SGSSAA does, 4x4 is particularly disappointing. But it works better when you combine it with another form of Anti Aliasing such as FXAA/SMAA. But really performance depending on your system may just not be worth the effort.
5.HSSAA (Hybrid Super Super Sampling Anti Aliasing) - HSSAA within the driver is OGSSAA+MSAA, but in this case the only good results you will get will be with OGSSAA+MSAA+SGSSAA (The latter which is +- with HSSAA because of the use of MSAA. This can produce amazing results in many games). If you have the GPU muscle, HSSAA can potentially take care of the last little bits of specular aliasing. Beware however, this method is EXTREMELY VRAM Hungry. An Alternative and equivalent to say 16xS+4xSGSSAA is to use 2x2 Driver Downsampling +4xSGSSAA instead. The results are the same/similar/better but with better performance
