Issues and Fixes
The game breaks and cannot be continued if one crouches continuously after your companion is dragged off of the cart in the level Depot.
If the game cannot be installed ( PhysXloader.dll missing ) navigate to :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\metro 2033\install\
and run that program. The game can now start normally
