Freezing and crashing
There seems to be a problem on some systems that game crashes every few minutes and/or freezes whole system. [2] [3]
16:9 resolutions on 16:10 monitors
It seems to be impossible to make the game run at 1920x1080 resolution if your monitor's native resolution is 1920x1200.
The game will always run at 1920x1200, even though the in-game options show "1920x1080".
This results in a picture that is stretched vertically and shrinked horizontally.

Unlocking 1999 mode before game completion
Bioshock Infinite features "1999 mode" which makes game much harder. Normally this mode is unlocked by finishing game at least once, however there is a code which unlocks this mode right away:
