How to Adjust Mouse Settings between 2 points
The Mouse settings in this game are extremely sensitive and vary greatly from one position to the other. I recommend starting at the left most setting and then using the mouse to manually move the scroll bar slightly to the right. If you use the arrow keys on the side of this bar the difference between the 2 settings will be too great. Until we find the .ini file for the mouse input; this is a good built-in work-around.
