It has the usual signs of FSR 1. In nearly every case of a game supporting both DLSS and FSR 2.0, I vastly prefer the latter because it tends to be sharper and have less smudging/blurriness of objects in motion. In Returnal, the FSR option (which is simply called "FSR" and not "FSR 2") is very noticeably making distant terrain and objects low quality/low resolution.
