A recent change suggested the game had always online DRM, I reverted that change as the only thing regarding this that could be found was that only the Forge mode has this always online DRM: https://twitter.com/MichaelSchorr/status/1590789205692919808?s=20&t=ZYGP5VY1u9o4X7snGCzSTg (from lead designer at 343) So, seems the rest of the game doesn't have this, so it shouldn't be listed as such.
