Could someone check whether my GTAO addition makes sense? I know it "works" but not what all modifiers do. Copied it from a mod from Nexus. For instance, why is 75 the optimal value (or not)?

r.GTAO.FalloffEnd affects the radius/size of the ambient occlusion effect, so it's basically up to personal preference. Setting it to 75 provides some pretty nice contact shadows. For reference, the default value for UE4/5 is 200
Thanks! Do you think it's the optimal setting here, and do you think the rest of the list is complete or missing something?
Just to let you know, the GTAO addition was removed as it VERY subjectively improves image quality, a similar reason as to why ReShade presets generally are removed from PCGamingWiki articles.
Also, for the reasons listed above, an edit linking to the source mod would be removed.
