The changes you made were great, and when it comes to these sort of older titles that seldom sees changes to the article it's sometimes just a matter of making the changes instead of discussing them on the Talk page, as the Talk page is not guaranteed to see any traffic or months if not year.
I've built on what you changed and made a few additional changes here and there while also moving the article over to the "introduction" template that replaces our now obsolete "key points".
The article is in a state where I think the cleanup tag isn't as necessary any longerso I've removed that one as well.
