I'm not necessarily thus saying it is not true, but missing version info for the dll file in question, the "fix" turning up already like an hour after launch, the false shader compilation claim etc. make it all sound quite sketchy to me and some other editors I spoke with on the PCGW Discord. Also, do you have a link to the Oodle library file you replaced the game's one with?
