https://steamcommunity.com/app/9200/discussions/0/1471966894864100336/ the slow-mo effect which plays when you complete one of Sally's bandit car missions seems to use some math which depends on the frame rate being below 60fps, which otherwise results in the game crashing

Hello it is me again, I have solved the issue: my monitor is 144hz therefore I have set id5tweaker's fpslimit to also be 144fps... but if I reduce it to 142fps, the crash is solved... I have a Freesync monitor so I can use any arbitary framerate, but people with fixed refresh rate monitors might have to settle for i.e. 120hz, or turn vsync off
But it seems to be beneficial to lower the fpslimit to match what FPS the game is actually hitting, id5tweaker's fpslimit is actually more like a 'fpstarget' , the game engine seems to adjust timings etc to try to reach the fps, and if it cannot reach it, it will cause microstuttering... in most areas of the game I am getting over 100fps, but I find that limiting the FPS to 90 actually feels smoother because the microstuttering is gone
