I have renamed the wiki username as requested, though you would need to change the SSO username yourself through https://sso.pcgamingwiki.com/auth/realms/PCGamingWiki/account/ as I currently cannot access the admin tool to do so.

By the way, please clarify if this is stil relevant or if you still want us to completely remove the account as you mentioned a month ago on User:Farhanhasin.
