Not a contributor here so I'm not entirely sure how an edit should be done for this. The game save location is technically correct, in that the game stores save files there, but it doesn't actually read from it. The save data is actually stored in the user's registry(?!) under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games.
Deleting or editing the save file in the listed location will have no effect, as it will always regenerate from the registry keys.
