Stutter remover may cause crashes in W10 after a certain major update, released years ago. Many people reported that in Nexus Mods, and I personally confirmed it. There's an option in FSR's .ini config file which reduces most of the random crashes I believe, but it still didn't get rid of crashes during loading and fast travelling, and those were reproducible. I believe F3TF is a more up-to-date and stable solution. lStewieAl's Tweaks includes it, as you've said.
