AFAIU there are two kinds of similar (but very different) problems: launcher vs game launch crashes.

One has something to do with AMD cpus, the other doesn't. Also, not everybody seemed to have success with the BIOS update (which isn't even clear if it has something to do with AGESA, µcode, or what)

And as if this wasn't enough, rockstar seemed to have done something to address the issue.

You don't have to write an universal guide, but fixes shouldn't even just be handwaved if I can explain.
