Hi Sunelie, this looks like a hardware problem. Your video card might be faulty. Have you tried replacing it? Also, PC Gaming Wiki may not be the best place to ask for this kind of advice. This site is mostly focused on solving specific game issues, rather than general PC troubleshooting.
