I can assure you the experience of getting bumped between a bunch of addresses, only to get replies after weeks you had even forget about is fantastic!
It should be fairly straightforward though in this case, given "developer and publisher match" (infoMTL@ubisoft.com)

Aside of that.. File Speedhack.ini doesn't sound really about unlocking.
