It's not Silent Hill games.
Many others do this. Usually when developers figured out improved OS security needed permission restrictions they moved away from program files folder.
That's still not the point though. We should tell.. teach.. the users. Not just do this.. edit that.. then you have another problem (w/o a fix): cry.
