Mainly regarding CD keys. Some games use CD keys but don't have third party DRM, and the key's usually used for multiplayer (examples include Prey (though with standalone patch; Steam version is Steam DRM protected) and KnightShift). These certainly satisfy points two and three under the section `Definition of "DRM-free on Steam"`. So what's the stance on it?
And I can assume that any games that use Steam DRM or CEG, or crashes or forces relaunch when Steam is not running to be ineligible for the list?
