Reformatting Sniper Elite V2

Hi MT,

Wanted to say something before I reverted it; but I recommend we keep the subheading style prior to the edit you just made on the article. I think it makes it easier to distinguish individual issues and looks more aesthetically pleasing, as well as conforming with the Sample article layout and all other guides present on the wiki.

It also allows for the addition of subheadings within the specific issue which are distinguished from the overall issue.

Regards,

David

Hi David,

I realise my edits may have seemed a bit unnecessarily assertive and lacking reason, so I apologise for that. I can see your justifications perfectly, and they have merit.

My reasoning was that they:

  1. Did not have subheadings, so that would not be necessary for the moment;
  2. Having large headings for two or three lines of text seemed a bit overkill.

However, I've no real disagreement if you still think it should be reverted. I was more assuming you hadn't thought about it and kept to the Sample Article format, rather than specifically chosen H3 tags.

Cheers, JB

I can understand your reasoning, and with regards to the second one I'm inclined to agree - for the Sniper Elite article especially there's very little embellishment to the fixes as opposed to, for example, the Deus Ex articles where fixes are often a bit more complex or require more explanation. However I think a kind of standardisation is necessary if only for aesthetic reasons, as arbitrary as it might seem :P

David
