i just installed Timecyc PS2 & SkyGfx, everything works. but the colors in the game are very warm/orange. how to handle it?

That's what the mod restores from the PS2 version, the orange/blue color filter that gives more atmosphere to the game, rather than the normal bland colors from the PC version. But to disable it, delete skygfx1.ini and skygfx3.ini, and just leave skygfx2.ini (PC-like settings).
but the color is very orange, very different from the PS2 version. i know how the colors are on PS2
No it's not. It's exactly how it was back on the PS2, maybe adjust your gamma settings or something.
