FFVIIHook is too advanced for it to be essential

There are insistent atempts to keep this tool under essential improvements so I'll just leave the reason to not put that tool there and why I'll undo every atempt to do that:

- It's a tool to unlock console mode so by default it's too advanced for it to be considered really essential. The complexity of the tool it's really too high.

- Some solution does not work with DX12. If it does not work with the default vanilla game than it's not desirable. Keep in mind that DX11 is not officially supported and will break HDR so a solution for it is not essential (nor desirable as HDR will be to users that can play that way). Feel free to post one that works with DX12 but don't with DX11.

- There are simplier and more direct methods to do the same thing FFVIIHook is trying to do now with more support.

- Also, it's under other information because it's too open so it's more like a sandbox tool than a solution at all. Any tweak made to the game using this tool should be put under that too.

Keep in mind that to be essential it must be a no brainer to the user and unanimously a REAL improve to the game. I.E. HD community textures, mods with bug fixes and others of this type that are indeed unanimously an improve.

Hi, please do not keep unilaterally removing essential improvements, as this is a type of edit warring, which is prohibited by the PCGW code of conduct. Please continue to discuss with other editors on the Talk pages and try to reach a consensus with the community.

It's a tool to unlock console mode so by default it's too advanced for it to be considered really essential.

PCGW doesn't have any such restrictions about essential improvements that are "too advanced". The only guidelines are that improvements should be "required or highly recommended". Again, the "highly recommended" qualification should be at the consensus of the community, not at the discretion of an individual editor.

Feel free to join us on Discord if you'd like to discuss further.
