No games from the Classic Pack (1 XL, 2, 3, 4, Movies, Sports, TV, Headrush) use Steam Cloud saving. I have not tested 6, but it is also unlikely. Additionally, Steam isn't required to actually play any of these. I actually moved 6's files to a Windows 98 VM, and it runs fine with no Steam.
