"Disk Write Error" when re-installing game

When you are installing the enhanced version of Trine, the original version of Trine is also installed, and it's save files are placed at <path-to-game>\profiles . If you have this directory mapped to another drive (e.g. mklink /d profiles "\\nasserver\saved_games\Trine 1 Original") or is otherwise unwritable, then this error is thrown. Removing this directory after making a backup will complete the install.
