there is no mod for the lightbar lol. or if there is, it's very hidden. can i remove this without some mod putting it back?

Turns out it's because someone thought because Aurora, a third-party utility for ensuring cross-compatibility between different RGB lighting standards, including the DS4 light bar, has a built-in profile for GTAV that the game supported the DS4 light bar. As I'm sure you'll agree, even if it "technically" supports the DS4 light bar in GTAV, it doesn't mean much when there's no way, modded or unmodded, to have the game support DS4 controllers.
