Question custom resolutions

WSFG states "use your resolution from the files available on PC Gaming Wiki" and here I read "See the WSGF entry". Am I missing something or are the pages out of sync somehow? Thanks!

It says which are the supported input devices, but I'm interested which is the best device to play the game.

DPI scaling issues and blurry, pixelated visuals

This problem could, perhaps, be caused by a lower resolution (such as 1280x720) being stretched to fit the native resolution of the monitor (like 1920x1080), resulting in lower quality visuals.
