How-to fix water-rendering bug on Chapter 5: Sewers
According to a Frostbyte developer it's not likely they will patch this bug.
But you can just tweak the game to get rid of the annoying "duplicate" world and character rendering.
Press F8 to bring down the console and type /render_distortion 0
Done!
