Key points

Originally titled The War Z, rebranded due to "confusion and trademark issues".^[1]

The game currently suffers from serious bugs^[2]^[3] and a numerous amount of hackers.^[4]

The developers were accused of scam and false advertising and the game itself was pulled off Steam at one point.^[5] This was during launch of game and many of said issues have been resolved, including adding the anti-cheat engine punkbuster.^[6].
