Cursor not bound to primary monitor in multi-monitor configurations

The cursor is not prevented from leaving the game window in either fullscreen or windowed mode.

Minimap camera movement activated when selecting units

When clicking and dragging with the left mouse button over the minimap the camera will move as if you were moving the camera with the minimap.

Opening help menu closes ship creation without saving

All interface sounds come out of the right audio channel
