Video settings
Field of view (FOV)
Navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\f.e.a.r. 3\" or the location you installed the game, and edit "options.cfg". Look for the line: "#-fov:65" Take out the first pound sign and change FOV to what you need.
Anisotropic filtering (AF)
The video setting "Texture Quality" actually controls anisotropic filtering.
