Hamachi is a private VPN tool that allows playing games across a firewall.

Issues fixed

Failed to Connect to Engine

Caused by the Hamachi service not functioning properly.
Restart service[1]
  1. Press the Windows key and the [R] key on the keyboard.
  2. In the run box type services.msc, and press [Enter].
  3. Look for the LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine, and restart the service.
Reinstall Hamachi
  • Reinstalling Hamachi normally fixes the issue.
Recreate service

In the command prompt, type sc create HamachiTunnelService "c:\program files (x86)\LogmeIn Hamachi\hamachi-2.exe -s"
