Bandai Namco Holdings is a Japanese multinational holding company.
The company was formed through a merger between Bandai and Namco on September 29, 2005, and established Bandai Namco Entertainment and Namco Corporation (Now Bandai Namco Amusement) on March 31, 2006. Video game development and publishing are usually done through its subsidiaries. Bandai Namco Holdings also acquired D3 Publisher in 2009.
